About Us

Continuing Family History In The Industry

In the photo above is Nathan’s great-great uncle Clarence C. Parfet, the first wildcatter of the family who was part of the KOPS energy company. They drilled and participated in deals across New Mexico, West Texas, Colorado and Florida.

Early in life, Nathans granddad Stewart Bachman, joined KOPS as an accounting consultant and earned himself a portfolio of RI’s and ORRI’s that are still generating Cashflow to this day.

Connor is a 3rd Generation Aggie Petroleum Engineer and continues the legacy of being active in the industry.

Connor and Nathan met while both studying Petroleum Engineering and Finance at Texas A&M. Promptly after graduating, they began chasing various oil & gas deals across the US and learned the business through the deal-making process.
